You can find it in the File menu or by using the Ctrl-Alt-Shift-H (or ⌘-Alt-Shift-H) keyboard shortcut. So here's the fix: Remember to rely on Docs' robust Version History system. If someone else is to blame, if you've navigated away from the document since the change got made, or if you've made a bunch of other changes since then that you do want to keep, Undo isn't gonna do you a lick of good.
